Solution & Product

Now we offer the solution! We can run (remotely) offsite your retail stores/operations either completely unmanned or in hybrid mode (some hours attended & some hours unattended)! We integrate software and hardware components into one solution, an ecosystem of remote operations ensuring that your retail store(s) -Operate with max availability -Attends automatically all security and safety options of your consumers’ access -Pay with secured approved ways -Connect with all the necessary systems (authentication databases, customers’ ERP systems, etc.) Additionally, we can offer added revenue streams for such a retail stores by being able to accommodate eg -Chargers of EVs -Digital signage -Smart drawers -etc, any IoT infrastructure that can operate remotely and can be accommodated into a retail store surroundings.

Innovation & Scalability

Practically there is no competition offering a total solution from A to Z, ie from creating a retail store (engineering, project management, etc) to installing hardware (screens, POS, cashiers, etc), security hardware/software (security doors, access clearance, etc) and offsite / onsite maintainance, as needed. There are examples in few supermarkets that are implementing unAttended Cashiers within a human surveillance area in-store but there are no examples of actual unAttended stores in Greece. 21 SMARTCITY innovation is exactly in being able to integrate innovative components into one sellable solution for retailers. 21 SMARTCITY model is simple ===Phase 1: Installation 1. We either convert an existing space 2. or convert a container into a retail store & we add unAttended Store features onto this store (security doors, access software/hardware, retail commerce components like ERP etc) and then ===Phase2: Maintenance 1. we make sure that all components function properly and are available 24/7 or we intervene offsite 2. or if offsite troubleshotting to issues do not work, we undertake the onsite maintenance. We can offer above modularly or as a package! (Supplying the products themselves onto retail stores, remain responsibility of retailer) Our revenue model is also simple 1. We offer a project management / installation fee per position 2. we offer a 5-7 years contract for offsite maintenance & similar for onsite maintenance.
