Our 2 flagship products are HUSTON and DRILLER, both offered as SaaS DRILLER: Understand the true DNA of an insurance portfolio. Driller is a powerful deep analytics tool that enables to digitize and drill into insurance portfolios by analyzing structured and unstructured data. The tool is powered by artificial intelligence models that support the analysis of a portfolio and claim and predict potential adverse development of a claim (severity score). HUSTON: Automating input management, supporting the claim agent with a wealth of data and insights. Huston is a collaborative claims handling and digital file management system with integrated document management that supports structured and unstructured data. Documents are automatically pre-processed and prepared for the claim agent by an artificial intelligence model offering: Full-text search across all claims and documents, automated operational workflows supported by AI, automation of outgoing information, flagging of critical claims.

Innovation & Scalability

Over the past three years, DGTAL has been the first to develop AI-powered solutions focusing on insurance language context, understanding and use, on a combination of proprietary models and Generative AI. Thus, the artificial intelligence algorithms generate new outputs, based on the data they have been trained on. However, insurance is an industry that any context understanding is done by people, and so far, nobody has managed to build a semantic database where the unstructured information is fully digitized, organized, and filtered in such a way that machines understand their meaning and unlock their potential. DGTAL is the first OpenAI professional partner to focus on insurance and bridges this gap by creating insurance-trained AI models that convert unstructured information to machine readable text.
