About

Founded in 2023, Allegene Pharmalabs CDMO is at the leading forefront of biotechnology, engineering, and healthcare, revolutionizing the field of tissue regeneration. As a biotechnology-driven medical device manufacturer, the company is recognized for its engineering excellence in design, cleanroom manufacturing, and the delivery of clinically evaluated next generation systems for autologous injectable cellular therapies across 16 medical specialties. Building on this foundation, Allegene is now pushing the boundaries of regenerative medicine even further by actively developing CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) capabilities focused on autologous Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs). These next-generation biologics aim to address critical needs in laboratory tissue engineering and gene therapy, with an emphasis on rare genetic disorders. Through vertical integration of R&D, manufacturing, and clinical evaluation, Allegene is positioned to empower clinicians and biotech innovators with scalable, personalized therapeutic platforms that meet the highest international regulatory standards.

Solution & Product

Allegene’s product portfolio includes advanced autologous biologic systems for both human and veterinary applications, covering 16 clinical specialties and a growing international presence. Our sterile, single-use kits are designed for point-of-care use, enabling the collection, processing, and administration of regenerative material from three main sources: peripheral blood, bone marrow aspirate, and adipose tissue. These are tailored for orthopaedics, dermatology, and gynaecology/IVF in humans, and primarily equine applications in animals. The portfolio also includes adjunct dermaceutics (creams) and nutraceutics (personalized supplements), designed to support the tissue repair triggered by our core products and enhance biologic response. All products are engineered to maximize sterility, cell viability, and therapeutic consistency. In parallel, Allegene is developing a proprietary gene therapy platform targeting rare neurological diseases, including developmental CNS disorders. This next-generation project builds on our autologous biologics expertise and expands our pipeline into ATMPs and genomic medicine.

Innovation & Scalability

At the heart of Allegene Pharmalabs’ strategy lies its core expertise in the design, development, and manufacturing of devices for autologous biologics (i.e. personalized, injectable therapies derived from a patient’s own tissues and fluids). What distinguishes Allegene is the vertical integration of its innovation ecosystem—from product ideation and prototyping to cleanroom manufacturing, clinical evaluation, and professional training. Through the Allegene Academy, the company offers internationally accredited programs for physicians, operators, and distributors, supporting safe, effective, and compliant use of regenerative therapies. Allegene’s product ecosystem is designed for holistic point-of-care and surgical use, enabling minimally invasive, high-impact interventions with consistent quality and measurable clinical benefit. Currently, Allegene is strategically expanding into the CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) space, to support the production of autologous ATMPs (Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products), including cell, gene, graft and tissue-engineered therapies, with a focus on rare diseases and regenerative medicine. Allegene’s innovation is defined by scalable design—each platform evolves naturally from clinical proof-of-concept to globally reproducible, compliant manufacturing systems and capability.

Traction & achievements

Since its inception, Allegene Pharmalabs has achieved significant milestones across scientific, regulatory, and commercial fronts. The company has successfully executed multiple clinical protocols across dermatology, orthopaedics, gynaecology, and assisted fertility—establishing strong clinical credibility and regulatory readiness for ATMP transition. In 2023, Allegene received the Best Publication Award at the XVI EUGA Congress in Varese, Italy, recognizing its pioneering work in regenerative gynaecology. The company holds ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 37001 certifications and is currently undergoing MDR transition to ensure full compliance with European medical device regulations. Allegene maintains an expanding intellectual property portfolio with registered trademarks and multiple patents pending covering device designs, sterile consumables, and integrated therapy protocols. Supported by its in-house professional video studio and AI-driven media infrastructure, Allegene is working towards a digital marketing ecosystem, and innovation pipeline that will strengthen its position as a global leader in clinically validated and digitally integrated regenerative medicine.

Team & Why Us

Allegene’s strength lies in a cross-disciplinary team of biomedical engineers, clinicians, and cell biologists united by a shared vision—to redefine regeneration through science, scalability, and precision. Our leadership combines decades of experience in tissue engineering, clinical research, medical device design, and regulatory strategy, enabling seamless execution from R&D to market deployment. This scientific foundation is matched by commercial foresight: a hybrid growth model that integrates in-house manufacturing, local operating companies, and strategic partnerships with wellness and longevity centers worldwide. Unlike legacy firms bound by single-product models, Allegene builds complete ecosystems—from autologous biologics to ATMP and gene therapy platforms—anchored by strong IP, digital reach, and regulatory agility. Our team doesn’t just innovate—we translate discoveries into global, scalable medical impact.

Funding Needs

Allegene Pharmalabs is currently in its Series B investment round, focused on infrastructure upgrades, precision equipment acquisition, and GMP optimization to support the expansion of its Core Biologics Line production and clinical validation network. These investments strengthen Allegene’s manufacturing autonomy, accelerate MDR and FDA readiness, and prepare the foundation for its next growth phase. By 2027—or sooner—Allegene will initiate Series C funding, dedicated to the construction of a new CDMO facility for Advanced Therapies and the establishment of a Stem Cell Research & Development Center. This next phase will expand Allegene’s capacity into ATMP manufacturing, cell-based therapeutics, and translational research, consolidating the company’s leadership across autologous biologics, regenerative medicine, and gene therapy platforms.
