Solution & Product

1. Speech-to-speech Conversational AI 'Sofia' is a fully commercial multi-tenant AI solution of Software-as-a-Service with annual and monthly subscription packages, and pay-as-you-use options. Possible to expand to 80 additional languages for providing AI Receptionist functionality from €20/month to €50.000 full licensed systems integrated into client's infrastructure. 2. Fully vertical on-prem Agentic RAG Systems have been developed and implemented to handle large datasets and provide an interface to interrogate the data in conversational mode in 23 languages that can be expanded to 101 languages if needed. Answering user-questions with chain-of-thought justification and precise references from the original dataset. Implementations are on-prem, appropriate for handling classified, commercially sensitive, confidential or GDPR data with complete security of air-walled systems that can also operate off-line. 3. Under development is open-dialogue agentic system for speech-to-speech customer service operation, utilizing elements of the two above product lines in speech-management and conversation logic. Can be used for Verbal Order taking, Outbound Sales calls, A/R Collections, as well as customer service once integrated into client's databases. All systems utilize open source LLMs on-prem and cloud ASR technologies. Investigating other commercial applications of AI.

Innovation & Scalability

Existing model of collaborative outsourcing will be expanded to include implementations in multiple countries where a sales network can be established.

Traction & achievements

Two Product lines fully commercial: - Sofia (Scalable Open Friendly Intelligent Assistant) AI receptionist available from €20/month with one week free trial. Already several small and large companies are PAYING CLIENTS, using Sofia AI to answer their inbound phone-calls and overflow. Some B2G sales of stand-alone full implementations in municipalities and central gov't - Agentic RAG (low level programming agentic control of data-specific implementations) Target clients: Corporate, Defense, Shipping, Industrial and Publishing sectors Utilizing open-source LLMs in highly customized industry specific generator/critic Agents roles to improve the output quality of output and eliminate AI hallucinations. - Third product line for open-dialogue speech-to-speech commercial application is under development.
