Our company was founded by Dr. Dimitrios Zekkos, a Professor in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley, who has been leading change in the infrastructure world. Our full-time team includes experts from civil engineering, robotics, computer science, and data science. We provide big data solutions to clients in 19 countries, including contractors, consultants, and academia, covering data collection, storage, analyses, and decision-making. We leverage advanced big data analytics, such as machine learning, predictive modeling, and data visualization, to turn raw data into actionable insights. This enables clients to make informed decisions, boost productivity, reduce costs, and achieve their goals efficiently. Traction & achievements

ARGO-E GROUP, founded in 2023, is a spin-off company from an effort that started 16 years ago when Kostis Tsantilas joined Dimitrios Zekkos. During this time we have built our web platforms, which have grown steadily and become a key channel for reaching targeted professionals. We’ve built strong collaborations with clients like the International Society of Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering, UC Berkeley, University of Michigan, Geo-Institute of American Society of Civil Engineering, and globally recognized contractors and infrastructure companies. These partnerships have led to recurring international projects and sales. Within months of our founding, we raised funds and hired professionals that are working together in various innovative engineering projects. All existing clients who previously worked with Dimitrios and Kostis were eager to formalize long-term partnerships with ARGO-E GROUP, reinforcing our strong foundation and growth trajectory.

Dimitrios Zekkos , PhD, PE – Partner & Technical Advisor: Professor at UC Berkeley in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Professional Engineer in California and Greece. Dimitrios is recognized internationally for his research contributions and for promoting innovation in the infrastructure engineering profession. Kostis Tsantilas, MBA – Partner & Managing Director: Kostis, with a background in computer engineering, informatics, and Business Administration, brings 15+ years of expertise in informatics for infrastructure. Giannis Manousakis – Head of Geospatial Engineering & Reality Modeling: With a background in surveying and geoinformatics engineering and 20+ years in GIS and UAV projects, Giannis leads the Geomatics department. Alexandros Tsavalas-Hardy – Head of Informatics: With a background in informatics and 9+ years in developing web, mobile, and desktop applications, Alexandros, leads the Informatics department. Our strong growth potential stems from the infrastructure industry's rapid digital transformation. Our strong ties with UC Berkeley and other top institutions, combined with our international reputation and multidisciplinary team, give us a significant competitive edge.
