Funding Needs

To date, Bold Logistics has invested €700,000 in infrastructure, electric vehicles, technology systems, and operational scaling. We are committed to investing an additional €300,000 by 2026 to further strengthen our fleet, expand our UCC network, and automate logistics processes. Use of Funds (2024–2026): Fleet Expansion (electric vans & two-wheelers) Cold & dry static storage infrastructure Technology upgrades (dispatching platform, live tracking, route optimization) Expansion to new delivery zones within Athens & other major cities Working capital to support increased delivery volumes and new B2B contracts This capital structure reflects our commitment to sustainable growth and operational excellence, with internal investment covering €1M total before external funding.
