CITIBILL is a start up company that provides Cloud SaaS to the private and public sector for technical/economic managing and monitoring of construction/technical projects. Bureaucracy in the public and private sector is a global phenomenon that affects the market. This is prominent in Southern East Europe, especially in the assignment and the monitoring of government constructions that still happens through hard copy project folder (designs & computations, certifications, reports etc.) and with the use of multiple software that often have incompatibilities among them. The situation is similar with the private construction projects, depending on the authorities for the approval of designs & computations, protocol versions etc. that causes the same problems as the above-mentioned.

CITIBILL provides Cloud SaaS for management and technical/economic project monitoring for technical services/businesses and public services, from their assignment until completion. -Technical services/businesses: Task tracking digital calendar, vehicles management service, management and monitoring of projects in technical and economic matters (designs & computations, reports, capital consumption of project budget etc) -Public Services: Project record keeping (designs, designs & computations, certifications) on cloud SaaS, easy access and ability of multiple current or/and past projects’ monitoring, digital folders for quality control of government projects, certifications, capital consumption etc. The software can be used individually from the private or the public sector or/and in parallel access for a common project, bridging the gap between them through a common cloud platform, preventing incompatibilities that arise from the use of different software and eliminating Bureaucracy.

Traction & achievements

CITIBILL established in 2021. Since then, a plethora of modules was developed. We onboarded many domestic clients and a foreign one. Currently the company is following a self-funded scheme achieved through the company's own capital, National funding streams (NSRF) and sales revenues. The aforementioned scheme ensures the company’s viability and growth as it has established a strong clientele base, both in private and in public sector. However, CITIBILL remains open to discussions regarding new collaborations and opportunities.
