CLICKTOTHERAPY connects psychologists with people interested in therapy, by finding the right match and by providing the online environment for their communication. In more detail, our customer visiting the platform has just made a brave decision to improve his/her mental health. We support this decision by suggesting the right psychologist for his/her unique case. CLICKTOTHERAPY is then offering a private and secure virtual room in which the user and therapist exchange messages via encrypted chat and also book online video sessions, in order to establish a long lasting and fruitful “therapeutic alliance”.

Innovation & Scalability

The innovation of our startup lies in: 1. the suggestion of the right psychologist to each user's specific case. The suggestion is happening real-time - the very moment that the user decides to ask for help. The technology that enables this feature is NLP (analysing the open description of the user regarding the reasons which make him/her ask for help) and ML (matching the specific case with the available psychologists/CLICKTOTHERAPY’s partners who have most chances in establishing a successful therapeutic relationship) 2. the architecture of the platform based on microservices, which means that it is scalable

November 2020: CLICKTOTHERAPY was launched as IKE Q1 2021: We launched our redesigned platform based on microservices, ready to scale up. Q3 2021: We launched “intelligent matching”.
