Deep Blue AI offers an end‑to‑end, plug‑and‑play platform for merchant vessel intelligence. A compact sensor kit captures high‑frequency vessel data (e.g. power, vibration, noon reports, AIS and weather data) and compresses it for low bandwidth upload. In the cloud pipeline, physics-informed ML builds a digital twin that issues predictive‑maintenance alerts, tracks fouling and runs fuel-route optimization while auto‑generating IMO‑ready reports. A built‑in LLM assistant lets superintendents query manuals and work‑orders in plain language.
