Traction & achievements

- Enchatted launched a private beta version of its bot testing platform, which went live and featured more than 1000 registered users. - Since most of the team members now live in Greece, Enchatted headquarters were relocated from the Netherlands to Greece (Enchatted IKE). - Was an official technical partner in colMOOC, a successful Erasmus+ project on educational chatbots that ended in 2021. - Has successfully completed two incubation programmes. - Has won the Entrepreneurial Impact Award 2020 (ennovation) for its innovative bot evaluation platform. - Serves as a technical partner in 2 European research projects - The company already has a strong portfolio that comprises enterprise clients, which include Telefonica and Körber AG, as well as non-profit civil companies, such as the GUnet

Team & Why Us

Our two co-founders, Stergios (CEO) and Apostolos (CTO) have finished their PhD in Conversational Agents & Serious Games at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. Their very specialised research led to a profound realisation: there has been tremendous growth in chatbot building yet with a disproportionate investment in Quality. Chatbot adoption has been seriously hindered by ‘non-working’ bots. At that point, an idea and a mission were born: focus on improving the quality of chatbots and provide the tools needed to create great conversational experiences.
