About
Euclia is offering innovative solutions for Therapeutics and Chemicals discovery through evidence on demand: validated predictions with visible uncertainty and applicability limits, support for data-driven SSbD, and seamless delivery through Jaqpot—UI for scientists, API for systems. The core output is assessable, decision-ready reports that translate model results into practical R&D and compliance insights. The Jaqpot cloud platform is engineered to effectively explore the vast chemical space and generate insights directly from structures, predicting both efficacy and safety. Jaqpot offers a suite of tools that can create ready-to-model data from almost every known representation of molecules, develop end-to-end discovery pipelines, and generate de-novo structures for therapeutics and chemicals. The Jaqpot platform has been developed using state-of-the-art architectures, making it a fast and scalable product that can be installed in any private installation or, alternatively, used via Euclia’s servers. Euclia’s scientific team offers paid evidence packs, annual Cheminformatics-as-a-Service platform access, enterprise deployments, custom model development, integrations and expert support to the pharmaceutical and chemicals industry in discovery projects.
Solution & Product
Jaqpot is a cloud platform for chemical, therapeutic and materials discovery, designed to turn predictive models into actionable outputs. It combines model deployment, API access and scalable processing to support fast, reliable predictions from molecular structures, helping users assess efficacy, safety, uncertainty and domain of applicability. The platform supports ready-to-model data preparation, end-to-end discovery workflows and the deployment of open-source or custom models in cloud or private environments. Its user-friendly interface and documented API make it usable both by scientists and by technical teams integrating predictions into larger workflows. Euclia uses Jaqpot to deliver decision-ready reports and, where needed, complementary molecule-generation services for pharmaceutical and chemical applications. This makes the platform a scalable backbone for report-led, evidence-based innovation rather than just a modelling tool.
Innovation & Scalability
Jaqpot is built as a scalable cloud platform for chemical, therapeutic and materials discovery, with performance and flexibility at the core of its design. Its architecture supports rapid model deployment, API-based access, and processing of large volumes of molecular data, enabling fast and reliable predictions across cloud and private environments. The platform integrates predictive modelling, uncertainty-aware outputs, and support for custom or open-source models, allowing users to move from molecular structure to decision-ready insight in a traceable workflow. This reduces experimental burden, shortens iteration cycles, and makes advanced modelling more accessible to scientific and technical teams. Beyond modelling, Jaqpot also supports Euclia’s report-led services, helping the company scale evidence-based reporting and complementary molecule-generation workflows across multiple clients and use cases.
Traction & achievements
Euclia completed its first pilot with the Greek State Chemical Laboratory, validating its report-led workflow in practice. The company also secured and invoiced its first paying customer for a report bundle and access to the Jaqpot platform, confirming early commercial traction. The Jaqpot platform has been used in European research projects for over 10 years, while researchers from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) have used Jaqpot to develop nanomaterials models and share them with colleagues..
Team & Why Us
Team members Philip Doganis, Co-Founder, Cheminformatics, CEO. Dr, Senior Researcher NTUA. Harry Sarimveis, Co-Founder, Chief Scientific Officer. Professor, NTUA. Periklis Tsiros, Co-Founder, Machine Learning, Cheminformatics-Bioinformatics. PhD Researcher, NTUA. Why us As a highly skilled and motivated team, we are committed to realising our vision for safer, more sustainable, and functional therapeutics and chemicals. To achieve our growth strategy, we aim to expand our customer base through collaborations, while continuing to develop our products. Within the next two years, we intend to successfully complete pre-clinical evaluations of at least two molecules for therapeutic use and two chemicals for industrial use, using these milestones, as a foundation to further expand our customer base and size of the company. At the same time, we are exploring funding possibilities that can accelerate our scaling and bring us together with partners who share our vision for a safer, more sustainable, and functional future in therapeutics and chemicals. We believe that collaboration with individuals and organisations who share our vision, will be instrumental in achieving our long-term goals and increasing our presence in the therapeutics discovery and chemical development industry.
Funding Needs
To address the funding needs of Euclia, we plan to implement a comprehensive strategy that utilises our unique strengths and capabilities to ensure long-term success. One approach we will take is to seek funding from venture capitals and other private investors. We believe that our innovative technology and expertise in drug discovery and chemical development make us an attractive investment opportunity for individuals and funding organisations. Another approach is to explore strategic partnerships with established companies in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. By partnering with companies in the field, we can gain access to additional resources, expertise, and capital to continue further our research and development efforts. We will also look into securing funding through national grants, European research projects, private foundations and other funding opportunities. Overall, our approach for addressing our funding needs secures our long-term success and allows us to make a significant impact on the industry.
