Each industry has different needs but our company already offers a Cloud-based case management, customer and finance application designed specifically for the accounting industry. By studying the problems faced by accounting firms, such as the abundance of work and strict deadlines leading to fines and loss of revenue, we have developed a solution that simplifies and streamlines the recording and management of cases, improves communication between partners and clients, and minimizes the loss of revenue. Our application features standard scripts for easy case management and monitoring, automatic customer import and matching, and real-time updates on case progress and deadlines to avoid fines. Additionally, our Cloud-based platform eliminates the need for installation or office equipment commitments and prioritizes data security. Overall, our application greatly reduces the time and effort required for accounting firms to register and update cases and clients.

Traction & achievements

Our company has achieved several important milestones since its inception. In August 2020, the organization and research phase began to determine if there was a suitable gap in the market and whether there were potential customers. In November 2020, the company began creating its first product, deedit, which specializes in the accounting sector. In December 2021, the company officially launched its business. In January 2022, the first beta version of the product was released, and the company obtained valuable feedback from beta users, which helped them to stabilize the product.In the summer of 2022, the deedit application was released in the market, which marked a significant milestone for the company. Finally, in January 2023, the company made its first sale, which is an important achievement for any new business.These achievements demonstrate the company's ability to develop and execute its business plan successfully.

Our team comprises a group of five highly skilled professionals, consisting of three accountants and two developers, each possessing significant expertise in their respective domains.
