FindYourCoach is a digital business coaching platform designed to close a critical gap in leadership development. Most managers are “accidental managers”, promoted for technical performance rather than leadership ability. As a result, employees report high dissatisfaction and companies lose significant revenue. FindYourCoach addresses this gap by connecting employees with business coaches through a digital platform. Employees receive personalized 1:1 coaching tailored to their role, goals and specific challenges, while HR and L&D teams gain visibility into program progress and outcomes. The platform supports personalised coach matching, session management, progress tracking, feedback and program analytics. Our goal is to help organisations build more capable leaders, stronger teams and healthier workplace cultures while creating measurable value for the business.

This positions us at the intersection of personalized learning and emerging AI solutions. Our next key milestone is the development of an AI-driven coaching solution. This innovation will enable a highly scalable model where AI-powered coaching can support millions of users simultaneously, reduce coaching costs, and make high-quality development accessible to all employee levels. Our unique value proposition lies in combining AI coaching with human coaching, allowing us to serve both senior leaders and broader employee populations—effectively democratizing access to coaching. In addition, we differentiate through our network of local, certified coaches, ensuring sessions are delivered in employees’ native languages, which significantly improves engagement and outcomes.

Traction & achievements

In 2,5 years: ~ Coaching Network: We currently have a network of 20 active coaches, with an additional 20 in the selection stage. All coaches are accredited and with an average of 800+ hours in executive coaching. ~ Customer Base: We have secured 10 paying customers in Greece (4 are multinationals) and our first customer in Bulgaria. 4 out of 10 are returning customers ~ Market presence: We have organised our first physical HR-focused event and delivered multiple webinars addressed to HR executives ~ Feedback: Participants reported a 98% satisfaction with coach matching and an overall program satisfaction of 96%, based on post-program evaluations.

Team & Why Us

FindYourCoach is founded by two female entrepreneurs (Katerina & Lenia) whose journey began more than a decade ago in AIESEC, a global organisation focused on developing youth leadership. They combine complementary expertise to build a coaching solution that brings together business understanding, technology and high-quality human coaching. Katerina is a professional from the pharmaceutical industry with experience in sales & marketing and she is also a coach. Lenia has over 10 years of experience across diverse industries (eg.HR, SaaS) developing her ability to support day-to-day financial and operational functions. Our expertise is further strengthened by an Advisory Board of experienced executive coaches. Why FindYourCoach?
