Flarmio is a Greek software company specializing in enterprise applications. Our flagship product, Roomismo, is a cloud-based property management system (PMS) designed for small and medium-sized hospitality providers, such as independent hotels and Airbnb hosts. Roomismo simplifies the daily operations of accommodation businesses through an integrated suite of tools covering reservations, guest communication, payment processing, and service management. The platform supports multiple languages and offers a mobile-optimized experience for both staff and guests.

Users can manage reservations, check-ins/outs, guest requests, room availability, payments, and staff coordination through a cloud dashboard. The platform integrates directly with OTAs (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb), enabling real-time synchronization of bookings. Additionally, Roomismo offers a guest-facing app with a digital guide, amenity booking, and communication tools, improving guest experience while reducing staff workload. The product is available via monthly subscription and is fully accessible on mobile and desktop devices.

Traction & achievements

Since its launch, Roomismo has attracted paying customers among boutique hotels and Airbnb operators in Greece. We have built partnerships with OTAs for API integrations and participated in major tourism expos (TIF, HORECA). Our platform has seen strong customer retention due to its ease of use and customer support. The team has iteratively improved Roomismo through real-world feedback, adding key features such as real-time availability calendars, multi-channel booking support, and a redesigned kitchen/staff screen for faster service execution.

Team & Why Us

The team behind Roomismo includes experienced software engineers, UX/UI designers, and a business development unit led by the founder of Flarmio. Our CEO has a proven background in leading B2B SaaS projects, while the CTO brings deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure and scalable systems. The Product Manager ensures customer needs translate into platform features. We combine industry knowledge in hospitality with agile product development, allowing us to respond quickly to market trends and user feedback.

Funding Needs

We are seeking funding to accelerate product development, expand sales in key European markets, and support customer acquisition through marketing and partnerships. Specifically, funds will be allocated to hiring senior engineers, increasing presence at industry events, and forming integrations with additional OTA and POS systems. Our goal is to grow MRR (monthly recurring revenue) 4x within the next 12 months while strengthening our footprint in both Greece and targeted EU countries.
