Guest service requests are efficiently routed, while our e-forms module simplifies paperwork management for various operational processes.

Traction & achievements

In December 2019, HotelToolbox received the 2nd prize in the 1st Travel & Hospitality accelerator in Greece, "CapsuleT," organized by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels. 2020: the company was honored with the Gold award in the "Startups" category at the Tourism Awards. This year marked a strategic pivot toward a focus on hotel operations. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and 2021, HotelToolbox used this period to improve its product 2021: the company achieved selection in the 9th Cycle of the business accelerator program "The Egg" by EUROBANK 2022: HotelToolbox expanded its portfolio by adding more hotels to its client base. 2023: the company received the prestigious Platinum award in the "Cost Saving Technology" category at the Tourism Awards. Additionally, it expanded its partner network, integrated with more systems, and actively participated in three exhibitions. Funding Needs

HotelToolbox has been self-funded thus far, leading to the development of a fully functional product with paid customers. We are finalizing a €70k funding round from Angel Investors. In order to execute fast our plan, we will need the appropriate resources and funds. We are in the process to prepare our Business plan for the next round of funding.
