Our solution addresses the absence of digital virtual landmarks—mosaics of photos/videos accessible via AR-enabling smartphones. Through our AI-powered software, we create interactive photomosaics from photos submitted by the public, forming ever-growing themed communities. Our new paradigm of social media contains a fixed local component. Our innovative campaigns, existing in Augmented Reality, are permanently placed in specific locations but require commonplace equipment, making them eco-friendly and easy to maintain. our unique QR codes and viral self-propagating marketing system promotes high interactivity and engagement. Our method fosters specific-purpose online communities centered around our digital landmarks, enhancing user experience while eliminating the need for costly installations.

Innovation & Scalability

Our invention combines proprietary technologies for building AI-powered engaging photo-mosaics, projected via Augmented Reality, with the innovative use of QRs for viral marketing. By combining the above, we address key issues of traditional time-capsuling media: Durability and Maintenance: Unlike physical monuments prone to wear and vandalism, our digital tributes remain intact over time, free from physical degradation. Cost-Effectiveness: Our AI-generated dynamic photomosaics significantly reduce the high costs of creating and maintaining static monuments. Space Efficiency: Utilizing augmented reality, our installations occupy no physical space, avoiding complications with location approvals and permitting. We create new Points of Attraction and add context to otherwise mundane static public areas. Inclusivity and Democracy: Our approach encourages participation from diverse community members, making memorials more inclusive and representative of collective memory. Evolution and Adaptability: Unlike static monuments, our digital tributes are constantly evolving, reflecting new experiences and memories. Traction & achievements

So far, we have achieved significant milestones that highlight our progress: 1.Intellectual Property: We have filed a provisional patent application with the USPTO on October 10, 2023. This was followed by a Greek application and a PCT application, all claiming priority from the initial filing, which is a crucial step in protecting our innovative ideas. 2.Technological Development: We have finalized our Minimum Viable Product. This MVP showcases our innovative interactive photomosaic concept, which we believe will captivate users and provide a unique experience. 3.Commercial Achievements: We received an endorsement from the Greek Ministry of Culture to install a proposed Digital Tribute for the Paris 2024 Games, which is a significant recognition of our efforts. We are currently in discussions with Kaizen Gaming to create a time capsule for the Classical Marathon and the centenary of Olympiakos FC, aiming to showcase this globally alongside their other supported football clubs.

Our startup leverages cutting-edge technology to create immersive photomosaic experiences across multiple high-value segments: stadium sports (football, basketball, etc.), marathons, major concerts and tours, top tourist destinations, and global events. Each permanent installation operates as an independent profit center, generating millions in revenue over its lifetime through diverse revenue streams, including partnerships, sponsorships, and merchandising. We are seeking a minimum investment of €250,000 per photomosaic project to fund legal fees, IP licensing, the acquisition of artistic works, illustrations and graphic designs, software development, AI-integration, hosting, cyber-protection, marketing campaigns, gamification strategies, and merchandising.
