About
IneosQ is a Greek multi-vertical SaaS holding company headquartered in Athens, building intelligent software platforms across the energy, hospitality, and human resources sectors. The company operates four platforms: Gridforecast, an AI-powered energy forecasting and trading platform integrated with HEnEx and IPTO; PowerRadar, a white-label energy coaching SaaS for retail energy providers; IneosQ PMS, a multi-tenant hotel property management system; Jobikos, a mobile-first job-matching application available on iOS and Android. IneosQ's mission is to deliver production-grade, AI-driven SaaS products that address real operational challenges in underserved Greek and European markets, combining deep domain expertise with modern cloud-native architecture.
Solution & Product
IneosQ delivers four production-grade SaaS platforms addressing distinct market needs. - Gridforecast is an AI-powered energy forecasting platform serving the Greek wholesale energy market, featuring 13 microservices, ML ensemble models (LightGBM, LSTM), and integrations with HEnEx and IPTO. It enables energy market participants to optimize trading decisions through accurate day-ahead and intraday forecasts. - PowerRadar is a white-label energy coaching platform licensed to retail energy providers, enabling them to offer personalized energy consumption insights to their end customers under their own brand. - IneosQ PMS is a multi-tenant property management system designed for independent hotels and small hotel groups, currently in pilot in Greece and Albania, covering reservations, operations, and guest management. - Jobikos is a Flutter-based mobile job-matching application available on both the App Store and Google Play, connecting job seekers with employers through intelligent profile matching, targeting the Greek labor market.
Innovation & Scalability
IneosQ's competitive advantage lies in its cloud-native, AI-first architecture applied consistently across all platforms. Gridforecast employs an ML ensemble combining LightGBM and LSTM models within a 13-microservice architecture, enabling continuous retraining pipelines and real-time forecasting for the Greek energy market — a technically complex domain with few established SaaS competitors. PowerRadar's independent deployment model allows rapid onboarding of end consumers without dependency on provider infrastructure, making scaling across multiple energy providers structurally straightforward. IneosQ PMS is built as a multi-tenant system from the ground up, allowing new hotel properties to be onboarded without additional infrastructure overhead. Jobikos leverages Flutter for a single codebase deployed across both iOS and Android, reducing time-to-market for new features. All platforms are containerized with Docker, orchestrated with Kubernetes, and backed by CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions, enabling independent scaling of each product. The holding structure itself is a scalability mechanism — shared infrastructure, DevOps practices, and engineering expertise across four platforms reduce per-product operational cost significantly.
Traction & achievements
IneosQ has achieved meaningful milestones across all four platforms since inception. Jobikos is live on both the Apple App Store and Google Play, with 100 registered users and 3 paid job listings secured through initial marketing campaigns, with growth ongoing. IneosQ PMS has signed 3 pilot contracts with hotels in Albania totalling 122 rooms under management, with a projected first-year combined contract value of €2,000, and onboarding currently in progress. PowerRadar has reached 25 active free-tier users with zero marketing spend, with the mobile application currently in final testing ahead of full launch. Gridforecast has completed 2 product demonstrations to energy market participants. At the holding level, IneosQ has received inbound investor and partner interest following outreach campaigns across its platforms.
Team & Why Us
IneosQ was founded by Alban Hysen, a Solution Architect and full-stack engineer with over 15 years of experience across enterprise software, SaaS product development, and cloud-native architecture. His professional background spans senior roles at multinational organisations including Lineas (Belgium), where he served as Solution Architect on supply chain platforms covering transport order management, finance control, and procurement; Heineken/NovioQ (Netherlands), as Senior Java Developer; and advisory and consulting roles at PwC and TruEconomy Consulting. The founder operates full-time on IneosQ, supported by two part-time team members and a network of external collaborators, with all operations to date funded entirely from personal capital — demonstrating full commitment and skin in the game. This combination of enterprise-grade engineering discipline and hands-on product delivery is directly reflected in IneosQ's architecture: production-grade microservices, ML pipelines, and multi-tenant SaaS platforms built and operated by a lean, high-output team. IneosQ's edge is the ability to move at startup speed while applying solution architecture rigour typically found only in large enterprise programmes. With deep domain knowledge in the Greek energy market, hands-on experience with HEnEx and IPTO integrations, and a proven track record of delivering across four live platforms simultaneously, the founding team is uniquely positioned to scale IneosQ into a leading European SaaS.
Funding Needs
IneosQ is seeking seed-stage investment in the range of €300,000 to €700,000 to accelerate commercial growth across its platforms and expand into European markets. Primary funding allocation targets three areas: first, product completion — finalising remaining features across PowerRadar mobile and IneosQ PMS to reach full commercial readiness; second, sales and marketing to convert existing technical readiness into paying customers among Greek and European retail energy providers, energy market participants, and hotel groups; third, team expansion to add sales, customer success, and engineering capacity, reducing operational dependency on the founding team
AI-powered SaaS platforms for energy forecasting, hospitality and HR markets.
