Team & Why Us

The company Internet Business Hellas Ltd and the faculty members - researchers of the University of Western Macedonia, Professor Michalas Angelos, Assistant Professor Vergados Dimitrios, Lecturer Nikolaou Spyridon and Associate Professor Vardakas Ioannis participate in our spin-off company. The team's expertise covers aspects of 360 VR video streaming, adaptation algorithms, as well as specialization in high-speed vehicle networks. Also, our team members specialize in telecommunication networks, software tool requirements definition and simulation tool design, DASH algorithms and vehicle networks, simulation tool design and evaluation, mobile networks and Android applications. The team has demonstrated its expertise through publications and participation in research projects, demonstrating the experience and capability to successfully complete the project.

The company is a spin-off of the University of Western Macedonia (UOWM), as it is a knowledge-intensive company, aiming at the commercial exploitation of research results and knowledge generated through the design and development of products and services in areas such as energy, industry, information and communication technologies in education, local government and public administration, culture and education, with the aim of making them available to consumers.
