About

INSOEK P.C. (Innovation Solutions EK) is a Greek deep-tech startup developing dual-use, AI-driven robotic and sensing systems for defense, security, and civil protection. Its mission is to enhance safety, resilience, and operational efficiency through intelligent, modular technologies that serve both civilian and defense domains. INSOEK’s flagship Robotic Defense Platform is a system-of-systems capable of monitoring air, sea and ground domains using open-architecture commercial or defense radars, powered by AI/ML for real-time threat detection, classification, engagement and deterrence. The company is also developing, among others: Project Fog-Dispersal System (Airports): A runway fog-clearing solution using mobile airborne or surface platforms with electrostatic and air-sweeping methods to ensure safe aircraft landings in low visibility. Project HC4H: A values-led ecosystem for long-term care, providing training, certification, quality monitoring, and tele-care services supporting elders, people with disabilities, and mental health needs at home or in the community. Project CX Optimization: A platform-agnostic AI solution designed to save millions annually for telcos, BPOs, and enterprises by transforming customer experience management. Founded by an engineer with 25+ years in telecoms, avionics, and defense, INSOEK actively engages with EU innovation programs (Horizon Europe, EDF, DIANA) to advance its technologies toward prototype validation and commercialization.

Solution & Product

INSOEK develops a suite of intelligent, modular, and dual-use systems addressing critical needs in defense, safety, mobility, and public welfare. Our core innovation is an AI-driven System-of-Systems that fuses data from commercial or defense-grade radars, EO/IR sensors, and AI/ML analytics to detect, classify, and track aerial and ground threats such as UAVs, UGVs, personnel, or weapons. The system operates through open architecture, enabling seamless integration with robotic platforms capable of autonomously engaging threats using tailored payloads. Complementary solutions extend INSOEK’s mission beyond defense applications: Fog-Dispersal System (Airports): A mobile, scalable system using electrostatic and air-sweeping technology to remove fog and enable safe aircraft landings under low-visibility conditions. HC4H (Health & Care for Humanity): A tele-care and certification ecosystem supporting elderly and disabled individuals through quality monitoring, remote assistance, and professional training. CX Optimization Platform: An AI-powered, platform-agnostic solution that reduces operational costs and improves customer experience for telcos, BPOs, and enterprises. All INSOEK products share a unifying principle: applying advanced engineering, AI, and robotics to enhance safety, efficiency, and quality of life across multiple high-impact sectors.

Innovation & Scalability

INSOEK’s strength lies in its cross-sector innovation approach, combining defense-grade engineering, AI, and robotics with open-architecture design to create scalable, modular, and dual-use solutions. Its flagship System-of-Systems introduces a new paradigm in air and ground surveillance: an interoperable platform that can integrate commercial or defense sensors, perform real-time threat analysis through AI/ML, and command robotic units for autonomous engagement. This flexibility allows rapid adaptation across military, civil, and private environments, from border control to critical infrastructure and high-value asset protection. Scalability is inherent in INSOEK’s architecture: every product is designed to operate independently or as part of a broader connected ecosystem. The same AI and data-fusion engine powering the defense platform supports other domains, like a Fog-Dispersal for airports, HC4H for remote healthcare, and CX Optimization for telecoms and enterprises. This technological continuity ensures high reusability, lower development costs, and faster market deployment. INSOEK’s innovation strategy emphasizes modularity, dual-use design, and AI-driven adaptability, positioning the company for sustainable growth and seamless scaling across markets and geographies.

Traction & achievements

INSOEK is an emerging deep-tech startup at the early research and concept development stage (TRL 2-3), building a foundation for future growth through strong technical groundwork and ecosystem engagement. The company is officially registered in Elevate Greece, SAM.gov, ΕΛΚΑΚ and NATO NCAGE, ensuring eligibility for EU, U.S., and NATO innovation funding and collaboration frameworks. INSOEK has prepared and submitted expressions of interest and proposals under programs such as TEPIX III, Horizon Europe, and DIANA, while actively engaging with PRAXI Network and national innovation clusters to identify funding opportunities and build R&D alliances. Early achievements include completion of feasibility and concept design for the Dual-Use Robotic Defense Platform, preliminary modeling for the Fog-Dispersal System, and the HC4H tele-care and quality-monitoring concept. Technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and simulation frameworks have been developed to support the transition toward TRL 3–4 prototyping. INSOEK’s next milestones include securing seed or EU co-funding, forming cross-sector partnerships in defense, robotics, and healthcare technology, and demonstrating proof-of-concept prototypes under national and European innovation programs.

Team & Why Us

INSOEK is led by a multidisciplinary team combining technical excellence, strategic vision, and market experience. The founder, an Electronic and Electrical Engineer from the University of Surrey, brings over 25 years of expertise across telecoms, defense, avionics, energy, and industrial sectors, having contributed to large-scale innovation and technology integration projects. Mr. Papayiannis, VP of Marketing & Sales, adds extensive experience in business development, market analysis, and strategic partnerships across technology and industrial sectors, supporting INSOEK’s go-to-market strategy and commercialization roadmap. Mr. Triantafyllou, Mechanical Engineer, leads mechanical design and rapid prototyping through 3D-printing capabilities, enabling efficient iteration, component optimization, and early validation of system concepts. Together, the team combines engineering depth, market insight, and execution agility. With mentoring support from PRAXI Network and collaboration with experts in robotics, AI, and defense innovation, INSOEK is well-positioned to progress from concept to demonstrator. Our advantage lies in the integration of cross-disciplinary expertise with a clear mission, to turn advanced ideas into scalable, real-world systems that protect, optimize, and improve lives.

Funding Needs

INSOEK seeks an initial €2–2.5 million in funding to advance two flagship innovations from TRL 3-4 to TRL 7 — the Autonomous Robotic Defense System and the Fog-Dispersal System for Airports. Both projects are dual-use, scalable, and address critical market needs in defense, infrastructure protection, and aviation safety. Funding will support R&D, AI/ML software for target detection and trajectory prediction, sensor fusion integration with commercial or defense-grade radars, and robotic platform development with in-house 3D-printed mechanical prototypes. The Fog-Dispersal System will evolve through modeling, lab testing, and field trials using mobile electrostatic and air-sweeping platforms. Phase I (12–18 months, €1M) will deliver proof-of-concept prototypes and validation in controlled environments. Phase II (18–24 months, €1–1.5M) will cover system demonstration in operational settings, certification, and pilot deployments in collaboration with aviation and defense authorities. INSOEK aims to blend private investment with EU co-funding programs (Horizon Europe, EDF, DIANA) to maximize capital efficiency, accelerate TRL progression, and establish early commercial readiness for two globally relevant, high-impact technologies.
