1.tHome-based screening for Obstructive Sleep Apnea Obstructive Sleep Apnea remains significantly underdiagnosed, largely due to the inconvenience and resource intensity of hospital-based polysomnography. K2 Squared aims to establish a non-contact home screening solution based on (i) a low-power radar sensing device for respiratory recording, (ii) advanced post-processing signal analysis, (iii) cloud-based machine learning and deep learning assessment pipelines, and (iv) self-explainable, regulated scoring sheets and reports to be used by healthcare practitioners and end-users. The proposed solution is designed as a pre-diagnostic screening platform, enabling accessible, large-scale preliminary assessment and facilitating referral to formal clinical diagnosis if and when required.
