Lawgic is an AI platform for Greek and European legal work. It integrates Greek and European legislation, ministerial decisions and case law, including more than 350,000 court decisions, giving legal professionals immediate, in-depth access to comprehensive legal information. Developed by our dedicated team since May 2023, Lawgic is live and continuously evolving. In 2025 it won gold at the AI & Data Awards, in the Legal category and as best application among all entries, and IFLR1000 ranked it among the EU's top four legal platforms. Key capabilities: Legal research: Greek and European legislation and case law. Case analysis: analyzes cases of up to 1,000 files and hundreds of thousands of pages, checks which laws are currently in force, combines them with a large library of court decisions, and predicts the likely outcome, listing all the sources used. Team & Why Us

Lawgic is led by Panos Karachalios, founder and CEO, with about 30 years of technology experience and an MBA with Distinction. He is also CTO and AI Technology Leader at Koutalidis Law Firm, one of Greece's five largest, and was named to Greece's AI Experts 50 Powerlist 2026. The team combines legal and technical expertise: Kostas Zacharopoulos leads finance, with experience in multinationals such as Coca-Cola, and a team of AI and software engineers builds the platform. Development began in May 2023, shaped by real practice with Koutalidis across civil and commercial law, real estate, energy, litigation and arbitration. Our growth strategy rests on three pillars: Strategic partnerships: Koutalidis for legal practice, DELL Hellas for the offline version, and the state platform ARIS for training open source models. We aim to extend this to more law firms, corporate legal departments and financial institutions. Continuous innovation: outcome prediction, Live Transcribe and Tabular Review show our pace. Our modular approach lets us add new data sources, languages and legal standards. Market penetration and scaling: we start from the Greek market and expand to the wider region and internationally, with the offline version serving organizations with strict confidentiality needs. Funding Needs

Lawgic has been fully bootstrapped. We have invested more than €200,000 of our own funds to build a working, award-winning product, and the priority now is to bring it to market. We are seeking external funding to build our sales and marketing, and to add one or two engineers who will handle daily support and keep extending the technology. This will allow us to serve both small law offices and large corporations in Greece and, thanks to the innovation behind the platform, to enter other European countries, supported by our coverage of European legislation and case law and by the offline version for organizations with strict confidentiality needs.
