We are a Retail&FinTech company, put together to build a smart loyalty platform for supermarkets, retail chains and marketplaces. Neawallet provides closed-loop wallets to merchants in order to enable them to offer dynamic next-generation loyalty solutions to their customers including prepaid cards, meal cards, gift vouchers etc. under one simple and intuitive unified platform! Wallets allow merchants, marketplaces and large networks to utilize their own powers and resources instead of relying on external providers and sharing with them value and profit margins. Our mission is to provide an innovative platformed solution to accelerate the modernization of legacy loyalty schemes and transaction platforms utilizing cutting edge DLT technology and infrastructure.

Solution & Product

We provide a white-label web-based intuitive platform to merchants and a mobile application for their customers to transact through any cashier system or POS through various methods such as QR codes, NFC or a scanner. No extra hardware needed at the till as we integrate will all cashier software. A Wallet-as-a-Service (WaaS) is offering the power and control of a private DLT wallet: It enables merchants to run advanced loyalty programs, issue, manage, and clear co-branded digital & physical cards. It also creates new revenue streams and cross market alliances in order to help merchants own their customer base by monetizing consumer data and loyalty .

Innovation & Scalability

Private DLT solutions have the following advantages over the existing legacy loyalty platforms: The control of the transactional space moves towards merchants & retailers, this allows for the merchant to utilize their customer data and build true dynamic loyalty. The optimization and reduction of the transaction cost due to clearing their own transactions over the DLT allows for greater profits, and lower per item costs, giving both the merchant and their customers an advantage. The anti-fraudulent and secure nature of the private DLT reduces the risk of the merchant moving forward on this new technology, and prepares them for the future when the official digital Euro will be released and adopted for electronic transactions. Our strategy is to use the Greek market as a test bed before expanding into Europe. We will utilize our local expertise to approach the largest retail ecosystems in Greece and develop the solution until it is ready to expand to other European countries either through the same merchants or new ones.

Traction & achievements

We are currently in our early Alpha and moving toward a testable Beta as our development is being done by a team of DLT experts with many years of experience in the banking and transactional space. We hold a LOI from a major Greek supermarket (top 10) and are also negotiating a second LOI with an established electric vehicle chargers installation company to build Greece’s first subscription charging model with a closed loop economy and loyalty memberships.
