We successfully developed and launched our innovative co-ownership business model, addressing key challenges in the Greek second-home market. This includes creating a clear framework for fractional property ownership, shared expenses, and transparent co-ownership agreements, providing a foundation for the company’s operations. Our Media event back on October 8th had big interest from over 40 media and our launch had 110 mentions and publications on digital media and on the economic sections of Greek newspapers. Another major milestone was the development of Owners.gr’s proprietary digital platform, which streamlines the ownership experience for co-owners. The platform integrates features such as smart scheduling, centralized expense management, and virtual property tours. It also serves as a hub for communication between co-owners, making property management seamless and efficient. More features will be launched with the next version 3.0 late February.
