PaperTrail tackles the problem of data management by managing the entire data workflow. It ingests data from various types of files i.e. pdf, excel, json, audio, structures it and gives it back to the user ready for further analysis. The platform creates a coherent knowledge base that consists of a company’s data, structured and usable. The embedded chat allows users to ask questions in natural language and receive answers from their files without the need to determine how to find them. PaperTrail’s platform can connect to many subsystems, i.e. ERPs, CMSs etc. making it easy to transfer data to them.

Traction & achievements

PaperTrail was founded as a sole proprietorship and launched its platform in July 2023. We onboarded our first client in September 2023 and our first custom-solution client in January 2024. In May 2024, we secured our first strategic partnership, followed by our first international clients in Cyprus and Bulgaria in June 2024. The company was incorporated as a Private Company (P.C.) in July 2025. To date, PaperTrail has served over 60 clients, managed more than 700.000 documents and achieved a 600% revenue growth rate in 2025 compared to 2024.
