Traction & achievements

On the traction side, we’ve implemented our MVP in Thessaloniki by renting apartments, furnishing them, and sub-renting them to tenants. This approach not only demonstrates the feasibility of our concept but also addresses real-world needs. For example, one of our tenants, a young professional relocating for work, shared how our ready-to-move-in apartment saved them time and hassle, offering flexibility and convenience at a crucial moment in their life. REALiS began its journey by joining Egg, Eurobank’s prestigious incubator program, which validated our vision and provided critical resources for development. Soon after, we presented our business idea at a major event attended by prominent political and business leaders, which opened the door to discussions with potential investors. Initial engagement with local venture capital firms did not result in agreements for our early product. However, a major breakthrough occurred when REALiS was selected as one of seven startups—out of hundreds of applicants—to represent Greece at an international event. As the only pre-seed stage startup among the presenters, we showcased our innovation and potential on a global stage.
