About

Sinequity is the first tech-enabled M&A house for small and medium businesses in Greece and Southern Europe. Every year, thousands of profitable SMEs fail to transfer ownership successfully. Owners cannot find buyers, cannot establish a credible price, and cannot navigate a fragmented, opaque, and expensive advisory process built for large corporations rather than small businesses. The result is value destruction at scale: viable companies that close instead of changing hands. Sinequity solves this by bringing the full M&A lifecycle into one technology-enabled platform. We combine AI-driven valuation, data analytics, and structured deal tooling with hands-on advisory, taking owners from an initial business valuation through buyer discovery, due diligence, and closing. Technology makes the process faster, more transparent, and accessible at a price point SMEs can afford, while our advisory layer ensures deals actually close. Sinequity is building the dedicated transaction infrastructure that the SME market has never had.

Solution & Product

Sinequity has built a technology-enabled process that takes a small or medium business through the entire transfer lifecycle, from establishing a credible valuation to finding the right buyer and closing the deal. Using our proprietary data and AI-driven approach, we make smart matchmaking between sellers and qualified buyers possible at a scale and speed the traditional advisory market cannot reach. Owners gain a transparent, defensible price and access to a curated pool of acquirers, while buyers gain access to vetted, sale-ready businesses. The result is a higher conversion from listing to closed transaction compared to the fragmented, relationship-dependent process SMEs face today.

Innovation & Scalability

Sinequity's USP is the capacity to deliver tech-enabled services across the complete transaction journey, from preparing and valuing a business, to discovery and matchmaking, through due diligence and closing. Where traditional M&A advisory is high-touch, manual, and built for large corporations, our model standardizes and automates the parts that do not require human judgment and reserves the advisory layer for where it actually moves a deal forward. This blended approach gives us strong scalability: the same platform and data infrastructure can extend into new cities and new markets across Southern Europe without rebuilding the process each time. Our partner channel with accountants and advisors further multiplies reach without proportionally multiplying cost.

Traction & achievements

In its first 9 months, Sinequity has attracted over 2,500 users to the platform and currently hosts more than 400 unique businesses listed for sale. We have run a small pilot of E2E brokerage agreements and completed a full transaction. This early validation confirms both sides of the market are engaging: owners are bringing real businesses to the platform, and the model is converting activity into closed deals. The team spans technology, business, and transaction expertise, and the infrastructure built to date is already supporting live commercialization of SME sales in Greece.

Team & Why Us

We are an experienced team covering the technology, business, and M&A transaction fields, combining the engineering capability to build a scalable platform with the deal expertise to ensure transactions actually close.

Funding Needs

Sinequity's plan is to grow primarily through bootstrapping, funding development from early revenue and keeping the business lean and capital-efficient as we prove a repeatable transaction motion. That said, we would welcome support, whether capital, partnerships, or access to networks, that would help us bring our vision to life faster and scale across Southern Europe sooner than we could on our own.
