About

Spevdo is a zero-commission SaaS platform for Greek restaurants, replacing the 25–30% marketplace commission with a flat monthly fee starting at €19. Each restaurant gets its own branded delivery website with real-time order tracking, an admin panel for orders/menu/zones, and QR dine-in ordering — the restaurant keeps 100% of order revenue and owns its customer data. The dashboard also handles table reservations and floor/table management for dine-in service. Orders placed directly on the restaurant's own site can be delivered by the restaurant's own drivers or dispatched to Wolt Drive's courier network, so restaurants without their own fleet can still offer delivery. Spevdo also syncs menus to Wolt and pulls Wolt marketplace orders into the same dashboard, so restaurants keep their listing while managing everything in one place. The product is built specifically for the Greek market, with cash-on-delivery support and PostGIS polygon-based delivery zones instead of simple radius circles. An optional POS module adds AADE-compliant fiscal receipts, QR ordering, and a tablet counter-terminal app — flat monthly rate, no per-receipt or ISV fees, unlike other Greek providers. Spevdo targets independent, family-run restaurants that already deliver with their own drivers — set up takes under two hours via a self-serve onboarding wizard, with white-glove setup. The company is founder-led and revenue-funded, aiming to be Greece's default restaurant ordering and POS platform.

Solution & Product

Spevdo gives each restaurant its own branded delivery website with real-time order tracking, an admin panel for managing orders, menu, delivery zones, and table reservations, and QR dine-in ordering — all for a flat monthly fee starting at EUR 19/month. Zero commissions, ever. The restaurant keeps 100% of order revenue and builds its own customer database. Orders placed on the restaurant's own site can be delivered by the restaurant's own drivers or dispatched to Wolt Drive's courier network, so restaurants without their own fleet can still offer delivery. Spevdo also syncs menus to Wolt and pulls Wolt marketplace orders into the same dashboard, so restaurants keep their marketplace listing while managing everything from one place. An optional POS module adds AADE-compliant fiscal receipts, QR ordering, and a tablet counter-terminal app — all at a flat monthly rate, with no per-receipt fees and no ISV fee, unlike other Greek fiscalisation providers. Key features already built and working: PostGIS-based delivery zone management with per-zone pricing, table booking and floor/table management, real-time WebSocket updates, Excel menu import, 48 theme presets for branding, staff management with role-based access, customer authentication (email, Google, phone OTP), and a referral program. Setup takes under 2 hours with our 6-step onboarding wizard. No technical knowledge needed.

Innovation & Scalability

We're the first zero-commission delivery platform built specifically for the Greek market. No one else in Greece offers branded restaurant websites, real-time order tracking, table booking, and zero commission under one roof. Our architecture is genuinely differentiated: PostGIS polygon-based delivery zones (not simple radius circles) let restaurants draw precise coverage areas, and orders update in real time via WebSocket for both the admin dashboard and the customer tracking page. We built for how Greek restaurants actually work — cash on delivery from day one (40% of Greek transactions are still cash) and Greek address handling. The platform is multi-tenant SaaS from day one — one codebase serves every restaurant with isolated data, branding, and subdomain. Adding a restaurant requires zero custom development; onboarding is self-serve, live in hours. Hexagonal architecture across 15+ domain libraries lets us ship features fast without breaking existing functionality, and infrastructure cost per restaurant falls as we scale. Expansion plan: Athens first, then Thessaloniki, island/coastal areas in tourist season, and Cyprus. Main adoption barrier is owner tech-readiness, addressed with hands-on onboarding. Government digital-subsidy programs and mandatory e-invoicing are strong tailwinds. We have first-mover advantage with a functional product already live.

Traction & achievements

Platform is fully built and functional, not a prototype: branded restaurant websites with online ordering (delivery, takeaway, dine-in), real-time driver tracking (own drivers or Wolt Drive dispatch), admin panel with order management, menu editor with Excel import, PostGIS delivery zones, table booking and floor management, QR code generation, staff management, customer auth (email/Google/phone OTP), Wolt marketplace menu sync and order ingestion, an optional AADE-compliant POS module, and a referral program. Technical milestones: 40+ domain libraries, hexagonal architecture, WebSocket real-time layer, staging and production environments deployed.

Team & Why Us

Serhii Lutsenko — Cofounder & CEO. Owner and operator of Ocean Ronin, a premium delivery sushi restaurant in Athens, running day-to-day operations himself — order flow, kitchen, and table management. That firsthand operator experience shapes Spevdo directly: Ocean Ronin runs its own delivery on the Spevdo platform, making the founder the product's first real user as well as its builder. Oleksandr Chelpanov - Cofounder. Came to software from manufacturing, where he ran production at a furniture factory — people and throughput on a real production floor. He builds software the same way he ran a factory: find the bottleneck, measure the flow, take the waste out. On Spevdo's technical side, that means treating a restaurant's service as a production system to be optimised rather than a set of features to ship. Nikita Karbazin - Cofounder. Came to software engineering at scale, building platforms that had to hold up under real load — rewriting a rendering engine to go from a few hundred to 25,000+ live nodes without breaking. Spent a year working the floor of an actual restaurant, OceanRonin, alongside its founder Sergey, building out delivery and customer ops. He builds software the same way he scaled that system: find what breaks under load, measure the flow, engineer out the failure points. On Spevdo's technical side, that means treating a restaurant's service as a system to be optimised for scale rather than a set of features to ship.

Funding Needs

Not raising through this application. Spevdo is founder-led and revenue-funded — we're building default-alive, not blitz-scaling on outside capital. We're open to conversations with aligned angel or VC investors, but Elevate Greece registration itself is sought for validation and program eligibility, not as a funding round.
