Gina Tiriakidou – CEO & Founder (Germany) Gina has 17 years of experience in tech and marketing, with leadership roles at Microsoft, Coca-Cola, and major blockchain projects like NEAR and Oasis. She holds a Master’s from NYU and has worked in the USA, Germany, and Greece. Based in Munich for the past 10 years, she has led global marketing for both Fortune 500 companies and startups such as Namecheap and Feel Therapeutics. Gina has built marketing teams from scratch, scaled international growth strategies, and helped raise over $300M in funding. At Microsoft, she received the Worldwide Marketing Excellence Award, recognizing her as one of the company’s top global marketers. She founded Vivian Lab to solve the critical gap in women's health—combining personal mission with market opportunity. Elena Skoura – Healthcare Partnerships (Greece) With 15+ years in healthcare and women’s wellness, Elena leads business development and clinical network management. She is the founder of SkourasMed Clinics, a group of 7 plastic surgery centers across Greece, and also created her own skincare line, distributed in pharmacies and medical centers in Greece, Cyprus, and Romania.
