Team & Why Us

Dr Varvara Karagkiozaki- the first nanomedical doctor in Greece - holds medical diploma MED, MSc and PhD in Nanotechnologies. She is the CEO and major shareholder of the company, specialist in nanomedicine, regenerative medicine, nanotechnology, drug delivery nanosystems and cardiovascular field. She is the Coordinator of the Greek Nanomedicine & Bioelectronics Platform and has coordinated several R&I projects, owns patents, more than 40peer reviewed papers, 100 publications and published two books. The team consists of skilled experts in marketing, business development, finance and scientists that guarantee the elevation of VKNANO into a multimillion-euro global enterprise recognized for innovation and quality.

Funding Needs

At this initial stage of growth, VK NANO is looking for funding in the range of 500.000-1Milion€. A total amount of 4M€ fund is needed for 2years according to our business plan. Investment will facilitate the development of our manufacturing capabilities, enhance our R&D, expand our professional team, improve our IT infrastructure and set up the market strategy for Nanotouche® Cosmetics.
