Planning a destination wedding is not that easy for couples. Vendors typically lack transparency in pricing for the quality of service that they deliver, without verified reviews and real testimonials. Moreover, you cannot find them easily online and usually there is a total absence of online payments. Unfortunately, this very difficult task has to be done for more than 14 different vendors that need to be coordinated, communicated and managed together in order to achieve your desired wedding. Through this process the couples have to make an appointment regularly with an average of 67 different vendors, read their offer and compare them to find the most suitable for their needs. Doing that, couples end up reading and signing 14 different contracts and often spend double compared to their initial budget.

Solution & Product

Weddin platform streamlines the organizational process and makes the couples’ choices simple. We offer verified, experienced and best in their field vendors that we curate them, personalized based on couples’ choices and themes, transparency in pricing with special combined offers, special packages and customized solutions. Finally, by doing that collectively in one online platform, couples can easily compare different vendors, have only one contract to sign and stay safe with our digital online solution.

Innovation & Scalability

Our startup is really innovative because it solves radically a common problem all the couples deal with while they organize their wedding. We already have an app running for Android and iOS, available in Google Play and App Store, that is based on angular. We have a website platform that is currently based on Joomla and we are migrating to WordPress for the new version that we are currently developing. The new platform allows us to have an instant booking support, as well as an inquiry option that we plan to enhance with branching forms, using intelligent pairing algorithms and automated workflows that allow us to have our operations exclusively online and fully automated. Furthermore, for the company operations we use custom made CRM/ERP solutions that support online contracts and project management tools with remotely working features. Our product unique value proposition provides the option to purchase wedding services in an e-commerce interface, an option that none of our competitors provides. In addition, we are the only ones that offer an all-in-one shop including all available vendors, and with the use of the intelligent pairing algorithm to match couples with their ideal vendors we are able to organize and prioritize vendors that a couple will be able to choose and book them online within an hour! Finally, we reduce couples' fear by offering online transaction transparency and one unified payment and terms policy.
